This is in the film The Fisherman's Wife but its also in the film Sceneggiata Napoletana 1993, which has an aka of Violada en Napoles. Mario Salieri's films are so similar that its hard to distinguish them, and he used the same people all the time. Also, more or less impossible to find high quality versions of his films, proper 1080p or 4K. Lots of fake 1080p/4K versions and all are out of focus, woolly. Shambles really, like most of Italy.
